We will provide hands-on training to BLiSC users to grow hPSCs.

• Training to grow hPSCs will be given on cell lines for which the facility has received all the necessary approvals.
• For non-BLiSC users, contact the FIC to discuss the cost and duration of training.
• Users could be trained on the cell line of their choice, provided the cells are mycoplasma free and serology report is submitted to the FIC prior to the commencement of any work.
• Users have to bring their own reagents and plasticware. The SCF will provide all the infrastructure and the safetyware necessary for the training purpose.
• Trainees will not be allowed to remove cell lines or carry out experiments in the SCF until the completion of training.
