KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• B. Tech or Master's degree in discipline of life sciences with 0-5 years of work experience
• Experience with Basic cell culture, cell biology techniques, molecular biology techniques, protein expression and purification is desired.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, optimize and validate cell-based assay platforms for the hit to lead identification of small molecules in our drug discovery programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams like high throughput screening, computational biology, medicinal chemistry, structural biology and protein biology in the discovery and identification of small molecules
• Plan experiments, order reagents, set up assay platforms and deliver them in a timely fashion
• Regular data analysis, project updates, literature survey and presentations on the target
• Participate in project team meeting and contribute to the projects intellectually

DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ability to work on the bench implementing state-of-the-art technologies for the different assay platforms
• Capability to perform basic biochemistry and molecular biology techniques
• Excellent in data analysis, interpretation and communication
• Must be detail oriented, well organized, and have strong communication skills
• Computer skills with experience in data analyses

• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
