I completed my Master's in Biotechnology from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. My dissertation thesis in Prof. Debashis Mukhopadhyay's lab at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata focussed on the Functional Classification of Long Non-Coding RNAs associated with Huntington's Disorder. As a graduate student in Dr. Sudarshan Gadadhar's lab at inStem, I am focussing to understand the importance of tubulin posttranslational modification, glycylation, in regulating structure-functions of mammalian cilia and flagella. Apart from academia, I am a professional Bharatnatyam dancer (You can find me dancing anytime, anywhere!) I also love reading classics and have an affinity for writing!
