Meetings Office
The Meetings Office at BLiSC has the overall responsibility for organizing and managing a thriving program of meetings, workshops, symposia, public talks, courses, colloquia, and the inStem Annual talks.
The office has helped organize several meetings. 28 meetings until now in the year 2023 and many more lined up! We help organize Workshops, Small Meetings, Large Meetings, and Visits from delegates- both National and International. Our office caters to BLiSC events. We liaise with faculty, accounts, reception, IT, instrumentation, hospitality, civil, communications, vendors, sponsors, travel desk, government agencies, and external hospitality services as well.
