The Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (inStem) is thrilled to see the Government of India's commitment to advancing bio-innovation in Bharat with the recent Union Cabinet approval on the BioE3 (Biotechnology for Economy, Environment and Employment) Policy for 'Fostering High Performance Biomanufacturing'. A landmark initiative hailed by our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji, the BioE3 policy is a major step forward in harnessing the power of biotech to foster High Performance  biomanufacturing for nurturing a better tomorrow. This policy is a boost for innovation, entrepreneurship and circular bioeconomy  and will be decisive to expand India's cohort of highly skilled workforce and provide a surge in job creation. It will further strengthen government's initiatives of 'Green Growth', 'Net Zero' economy and 'Lifestyle for the Environment'.

inStem will aim at enabling affordable therapy at scale to the wider population and revolutionize healthcare outcomes, offering targeted and individualized treatments. Leveraging India's current strengths in biologics manufacturing, the BioE3 policy will further enhance capacity for India to serve as biomanufacturing hub for global innovation by promoting the advance to key milestones on the path to commercial scale operations. inStem is strongly committed to enable growth of an economically and environmentally sustainable bioeconomy and contribute for making Bharat self-reliant.
