The Mouse Genome Engineering Facility (MGEF), at the the Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (inStem), a state-of-the-art establishment equipped to both create in-house transgenic/knockout animals and serve as a national repository for these models on a national scale. This ambitious endeavor not only caters to the 32 different services in the domain of mice model generation and assisted reproductive technologies to academic and non-academic institutions all over India.
