Goal: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) to identify novel genes for cardiovascular disease (CVD)

• We are organizing various unrelated Indian cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease patients and their family members (TRIOS) for genome analysis.
• Methods involved: Whole exome sequencing and targeted sequencing to identify the candidate genes associated with the disease. 
• We are also interested in RASopathy related disorders
